Hey D!
I'm a 17 year old from brazil, so you can imagine how hard it was for me to get to know your work...
but fortunately in the last few years, I have become aware of what great songwriting you have done all across your life... Its an honour to be able to listen to such fine songs, as well as knowing you still write and sing around...
I'm not sure you'll read this, but i'd like to thank you for all the beautiful music you've made, it has definitely enriched the world in an unmeasurable way!!!
I myself have a band, and all of us are influenced by your music, and stage presence...(maybe you can help us out writing some lyrics??haha dream on, mario..)

Hey D...
Great to run into you and Susan at the Greek Theater. Why is it we always seem to run into each other in a restroom? Hah! It's great to see you out and around.
Let's see if we can find ol' Hoyt's (rest his soul) tour bus, get Joe in from Dublin, Ireland to drive it, and make a run down south through Nawlins, up through Mississippi, Memphis and Nashville and have some fun.

Howdy Delaney It's been many moons You loaned me Duane Allman's old stratocaster once at Sound City when I was recording my first record .and It's on there and we talked about Curb Records ,, later I used to hit the Rock Jams in the Valley and used to sing with Bekka she was and is always my favorite blues singer and I have been doing Blues and JAzz a while now myself .. Hi, Delaney,
Just got your album "Sounds From Home" and you take me back.......listening to that led me to find out who that singer is and it's your wife, and, man oh, man, what chops!...what a compliment to your singing...so i read an interview with you and the talk about Duane's guitars and King Curtis just blows me away....when I turned 13, my aunt got me "Motel Shot" and I have NEVER recovered from that experience....would travel miles to see and hear you live again...thanks for all your work!

just watched the dvd FestivalExpress i bought it to hear delaney&friends ,was sad that they weren't on it .i met delaney @shadow hills market.hope life is treating you good.god bless you
